Slice off the green caps from the strawberries and discard. Slice each strawberry into four quarters.
Add four strawberry quarters to a champagne flute and set aside. Add the remaining strawberry quarters to a cocktail shaker.
Muddle the strawberries in the shaker. Add in the ice cubes and fig vodka.
Close the shaker and shake it up!
Strain into champagne flute. Top with champagne and serve.
