Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 5-6 fresh strawberries
  • 3 dates pitted
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

Vitamix Directions

  • Add the ingredients to the Vitamix in the order listed.
  • Start at variable 1 and slowly increase to 10. Switch to high for 10-15 seconds.

Regular Blender Directions

  • Add the ingredients to the blender and blend on high speed.
  • Stop the blender to scrape down the sides if necessary and continue blending until smooth.
