Blueberry Oatmeal Smoothie

  • 1 ½ cups almond milk or regular milk
  • ½ cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • cup rolled oats
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ tablespoon syrup of choice honey, maple syrup, etc
  • 3-4 ice cubes


Vitamix Directions

  • Add all the ingredients to the blender in the order listed.
  • Start at variable 1 and slowly increase to 10. Switch to high for 10-15 seconds.

Regular Blender Directions

  • Add oats to blender and pulse until finely ground.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
