Chocolate Banana Hazelnut Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas chopped and frozen
  • ¼ cup coconut cream separated from chilled can of coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp hazelnuts roasted and unsalted
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips I use Enjoy Life brand because it's dairy and soy free
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Throw the frozen bananas in the food processor and blend for about 30 seconds to a minute until they become creamy.
  • Scrape down the sides if necessary and add in the remaining ingredients. Blend for another minute, stopping to scrape down the sides some more if needed.
  • Devour.
