Today, we’re doing something slightly different on OMGfood. I don’t have a recipe to share, but I do have a review for you- and it’s all about CHEESE.
I recently picked up a part-time job at a nearby market to help alleviate the stress of “OH NO, WHAT AM I DOING WITH MY LIFE?” and the job involves working with lots of tasty cheeses: cutting, packaging, sampling (that might be the best part), and other fun stuff too. Before starting this job, I only knew a couple of things about cheese:
- I pretty much like most, if not all, of it and will happily eat any cheese you throw at my face (but please don’t literally throw cheese at my face).
- Cheese is awesome.
Okay, okay. I obviously know the difference between some cheeses, but I’m pretty excited to learn a lot more. And I find it especially fitting that I get to review a cheese for you today….
